This is some cosplay! I love the cuts, they look so real. I like it . I love the feeling of the blank background and the model matches it well. This image makes me think of celestial lights and her looking up at the her sword is truly remarkable . Everything her just fits and makes sense... I love this piece of artwork ! More about the cuts... I dunno about you but, they look really real. I just wanted to know how you exactly did it. I mean I already have an idea but, just for sure. And well other than that great job!
Wow haven't seen many people take this sort of thing on with cosplay. Great job! Only thing is (and I don't know how hard this would be and whether you have access to the resources) that I was under the impression that their scars weren't just very heavy scaring/bruising that you would see in a human, but also patches of flesh representing the "look" of the yoma from whom they "borrowed" their yoma parts. That or what they would look like awakened.
........though unless Yagi shows us, I doubt we will ever know for certain.
Wow, this is good. Teresa is a really tough cosplay to pull off, and you pulled it off really well. ^^ The Claymore and hair are pretty much perfect, and the scarring looks creepily real. Only issue is that the mascara is a little heavy, but it's such a minor nitpick I feel bad for bringing it up.
(In regards to the scarring, though, where did you come up with the idea, cuz it's eerily similar to a couple of other pictures I've seen.)
Interesting effort, but I believe the scarring is supposed to look differently. I'm part of a mod team working on Claymore total conversion for Half-Life 2 and we came to this conclusion regarding the scarring - [link]
Thanks for your opinion Your version is rather scaring, really) But I don't think there's only one scar. There can be parts of yoma skin or some kind of skin deseases becuase of yoma flesh inside the body, something like that.
Claymore mod for HL2? Soundv intriguing, I'll have to see it! But please let me disagree - MollyMetaphora's version for the secret Claymore scars look more naturalistic, more disgusting, more gross. Yours probably makes more sense, but this one still looks 'better'. I even made it a wallpaper at my workplace. I'm not sure what kind of looks I'm going to harvest from the audience (my manager and colleagues at other departments) when I'll work in the day shift
Anyway, I had yet another idea about their disfigurement - I thought that M.I.B.s embed recognizable Yoma parts that can be seen uncovered in their wound - such as hands, eyes or teeth... now THAT would look really revolting
